Let's Talk About...On Your Own Terms, Your Voice, Your Health

Methow Valley Lookout Coalition volunteer physicians, Betsy Weiss and Raleigh Bowden, together with Justin Porter of Aero Methow Rescue Services, will lead a discussion on how to be your own health care advocate.  How do you talk to your health care providers about what is important to you? How do you prepare for a visit to your health care provider? How do you get the information you need to make decisions about treatments? What do you do when things aren't going as you hoped?  These are some of the questions that will discussed at the event.

This event is being sponsored by Methow At Home “Let’s Talk About”, Okanogan County Rural Palliative Care Initiative and Room One.
