"Blue Zones" Netflix Series Viewing and Discussion

Join us for a viewing of the NetFlix show Blue Zones with a discussion to follow. Dan Buettner, Blue Zones founder is an explorer, National Geographic fellow, New York times best-selling author, and award-winning journalist. He identified the original five blue zones-the places in the world with the healthiest, longest-living populations. We will watch the first three episodes to better understand the evidence-based solutions and themes that arose in each of those places for both longevity and quality of life.
