What is this?
Local naturalist Dana Visalli is offering a 6-part natural history
program this winter on zoom on
Friday mornings titled, 'Earth and Sky, Flora and Fauna: Natural History
of the Methow.' While
there will be some overlap with last year's program, this one is a bit
more philosophical. The
subjects, in order, are 1) Methow geology, 2) Methow climate and
weather, 3) the Microcosm:
Bacteria, Protists, Viruses & Fungi, 4) Flora, 5) Fauna, and 6) Ecology
& Humanity.
The zoom
programs will on Friday mornings 9 to 10:15 AM on Dec 9, 16, 23, 30, Jan. 6 & 13.
