Galettes are one of the most beloved dishes in the French Cuisine and can made either sweet or savory but what they have in common is the simple pastry and easy execution. 

Join Jan for an hour as she shows you how to make a simple Fruit Holiday Galette…gather your ingredients and bake with her or just watch! Either way you’ll come away with the confidence and skills to make this lovely dessert….it’s sure to be a hit when you serve it to family and friends.

Jan Kittleson’s mother “Midge” was THE pie baker in the small rural community of Lynden. Jan started making pies as a kid and still enjoys the process and product…every time she makes a pie she thinks of her lovely mother.
