Do you have a stiff, tight, sore or achy back? Most back pain is due to tight muscles. Your muscles are controlled by your nervous system. Learn these two simple exercises that will help retrain your brain to let go of that unnecessary tension that causes low back pain.

You will want to wear loose, comfortable clothing and have a comfortable surface to lay on, such as a yoga mat on the floor or a thick rug.

Instructor: Jason Rumohr, CHP LMT has been helping people with their body and pain issues since 2003. He first discovered these exercises to help with a client, then found they helped his own back and started teaching them to more people. Email any questions to: jason@jasonrumohr.com
