Gardening in the Methow with Dana Visalli

Advice and insight on growing vegetables and berries in the Methow, and how to extend the season at both ends, into spring and early winter, from a grower with 40 years of experience of local successes and failures. Dana is particularly interested in building healthy soil, active compost piles, and recycling nutrients--just the way Mother Earth does it.
