Human composting or natural organic reduction is a new alternative to burial and cremation, now available in Washington State. In this talk, Recompose customer & communications manager Anna Swenson will share the science, history, and benefits of the ecological death care option.  


Bio: Anna Swenson is the customer and communications manager at Recompose, where she leads marketing, public policy, and community outreach for the green death care organization. She is originally from Arizona and enjoys house plants, tide pools, and cooking.
