Meatballs are a simple dish that you can make at home.  They can be made with a variety of meats from beef to lamb to pork to ground chicken or ground turkey.  

Please join Sunflower Catering’s Kathy Borgersen in a lesson on the versatility of meatballs.  Kathy will walk you through the basic meatball techniques while preparing a Mediterranean meatball.  She will also briefly discuss the simple substitution of ingredients to make Italian, Thai and Teriyaki meatballs.
