Meditation with Oori Silberstein

We will meditate quietly together for 45 minutes (sometimes there are a few minutes of guiding to start).
then there is usually a short talk, and always some time for discussion and connection.

A Zoom link will be sent out on each Tuesday morning prior to the session.
