Join us to find out how Rob makes his famous gumbo that was the winner of a past year's "Bite of the Methow" where he and Gudrun represented Thomson's Custom Meats with this traditional Cajun dish. Basic ingredients include a butter-flour mixture that cooks to a nut-brown roux, succulent smoked chicken, plus the garlicky, spicy sausage known as Andouille. Celery, green pepper, and onion also play important parts.
