Falls happen! Learn and practice skills to prevent a fall, slow it down, land it well.

Twisp Movement Studio has cushy crash pads to practice landing skills. The more you practice, the more likely your body will absorb and remember how to move in the quick moment of time when a fall becomes inevitable.

People who have attended the workshop before are welcome to stop by after 2pm to do refresher practice. Limit 10 in workshop. $25 Open to the public.
