ZUMBA Gold

Have you always been curious about ZUMBA but heard it was too hard? Too fast? The Twisp Movement Studio and Tani Erickson, licensed ZUMBA instructor, are sponsoring a free 40-minute dance session on Wednesday, December 4 at 2pm. ZUMBA GOLD is a variation of the ZUMBA formula, lots of energizing and uplifting music, but strictly low-impact, and at a bit of a slower pace. Wear comfortable clothes and bring clean sneakers to change into. Location: Twisp Movement Studio, 101 Glover Street, Twisp. Limited to Methow at Home members and volunteers.
